Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your patronage of Nishi-ko.

Until now, we have been providing ice used during your stay free of charge, but from May 1, 2024 onwards, we will sell it at the following rates from guests staying at the hotel.

[Ice: 110 yen per 1 kg (tax included)]

Ice is sold at the attached Chunan Nishi Small Cafe.

Please speak directly to the staff.
