Reservation and content changes
- What is the usage flow?
- (1) In order to confirm the contents to the head office, please send a document (if possible) that shows the contents of the shooting or use, and we will contact you as soon as you confirm whether or not you can use it.
(2) If available, we will adjust the schedule of location scouting (online available).
(3) When the use is confirmed, we will send you the "Commercial Terms of Use" and "Written Pledge". Please fill in the form and send the original by the day of use.
(4) Payment will be made at the end of the month of the day of use and at the end of the following month. (On-site payment is also possible.) ） - Can I adjust the screen time? (Early morning entry, late night shooting, etc.)

- Is location scouting possible?
- This is only possible for customers who have already made a reservation.
We will adjust the schedule, so we would appreciate it if you could tell us some of your desired dates.
Depending on the usage of the facility, there may be places that cannot be visited.

- The baby room, kids room, and library on the second floor of the Community Exchange Building, and the café on the first floor of the Community Exchange Building are open to the general public.
It is available to anyone between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
About meal
- Is it possible to arrange location valves?
- We will introduce you to nearby bento shops. Please make arrangements by yourself.
About equipment
- Is there a parking lot?
- There is a parking space next to the school building. A total of about 20 cars can be parked.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Free Wi-Fi is installed in the school, so please feel free to use it.
* Please note that there is no radio wave in the gymnasium. - Do you have a refrigerator?

- Can I buy drinks in the hotel?
- For drinks, there are 3 soft drink vending machines and an alcohol vending machine.
We have prepared one, so please use it. - Is there air conditioning?
- There are guest rooms, a multipurpose room, two dining rooms, a common room, a multipurpose hall, a music room, a kids room, and a library.
* The gymnasium is open only with fans. - Are there changing rooms in the building?
- We do not have a changing room as a separate room, but you can use a room with curtains as a changing room.
- Is there a place where you can smoke?
- There is a smoking space, so please smoke there.
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the school building. - Can I use the broadcast room?
- Broadcasting is possible throughout the school building other than the gymnasium. Please refrain from using it after 19 o'clock to prevent noise.
Other
- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Yes, it is possible. If you send your luggage, in order to prevent mixing with other luggage, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write it in the remarks column so that you can know the date of use and the name of the user. For refrigerated, frozen, and perishable foods, please specify the time after your check-in. Other packages can be picked up the day before.
