Reservation and content changes
- How do I make a reservation?
- You can apply from the reservation form on the official website. We do not accept reservations by phone. If you have any inquiries, please feel free to call us.
- Can I make a reservation by phone?
- We are sorry, but we cannot make a reservation by phone.
Please apply from the reservation form on the official website. However, for dates with less than one month of stay, reservations cannot be made using the reservation form, so please contact us by phone. - How far in advance can I make a reservation?
- Reservations can be made up to one year and one month in advance.
However, the lottery system is only available in the summer (late July to August). Please check the announcement. - I would like to have a preliminary inspection, is it possible?
- This is only possible for customers who have already made a reservation.
We will adjust the schedule, so we would appreciate it if you could tell us some of your desired dates. Depending on the usage of the facility, there may be places that cannot be visited.

- ご宿泊人数は当日まで変更可能です。
ただしご宿泊人数が20名様未満になった場合は、1団体様あたりの料金計算となります。
また、お食事の手配の関係で、1週間前にはお食事数が確定しますのでご注意ください。 - ３歳以下の幼児の宿泊及び食事の料金はどのようになりますか。
- 親御様がお連れで、０～３歳までのお子様に関してはご宿泊料金は頂戴いたしません。
ただし、お食事をご希望の場合は大人の方と同じメニュー同額のご料金を頂戴いたします。
別途、お食事が必要な場合はお客様でお持ち込みをお願い申し上げます。
離乳食などを作るためのポットや電子レンジはお貸出いたしますので、現地スタッフにお声掛けください。 - 宿泊の予約のうち、当日宿泊をせず日帰りで利用することも可能でしょうか。
- 可能です。１人あたり1,650円を頂戴いたします。
- 84人以上の団体なのですが、宿泊できますか。
- ちょうなん西小にてご宿泊いただける定員数は84名となっております。
それ以上の人数の場合、近隣の宿泊施設と併用してご宿泊いただくことが可能ですので、お気軽にご相談ください。 - Is there a place for the general public to enter?
- 地域交流棟2階のベビールーム、キッズルーム、図書室、地域交流棟1階のカフェは一般のお客様が立ち入ります。 11時〜16時の間であればどなたでもご利用いただけるようになっています。
Fees and payment
- Is it possible to make individual payments?
- Please pay on a group-by-group basis.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. - Can I use credit cards or electronic payments?
- Yes, you can. (Accepted cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX / Accepted electronic payments: PayPay)
- 幼児・小学生料金はありますか。
- Children 0 - 3 years old accompanied by parents are free of charge. However, when the number of guardians accompanying such as childcare nursery is small, we have received the usual fee. It is normal charge for 4 years old and over.
- Can I pay later?
- Only for corporate customers. Please apply from the reservation form. It will be confirmed as soon as the approval of the quotation is confirmed.
We will issue the invoice according to the payment site that closes at the end of the check-out day and pays at the end of the following month.
*In-house examination is required. Please note that invoice payment may not be available in some cases. - I want to cancel, will there be a cancellation fee?
- If you cancel less than 3 months before the reservation date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition, if you do not stay with us without contacting us, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, so please be sure to contact us if your plans change after your reservation is confirmed.
* Since this facility is a "one-group private accommodation facility", it is difficult to accept rereservations after that if you cancel your stay less than 3 months before the date of use.
Please understand the characteristics of the facility and pay the cancellation fee promptly if cancellation is unavoidable.
Access
- Can I walk from the nearest station?
- It takes about 30 minutes by car to the nearest station (JR Mobara Station), so it is not recommended to move on foot.
We recommend that you use a taxi or special bus.
The nearest express bus terminal (Ichihara Tsurumai Bus Terminal) is about 15 minutes by car, but it is difficult to move on foot because of the mountain road.
We recommend that you use taxis and special buses in the same way. - Are there any supermarkets or convenience stores in the vicinity?
- There is a convenience store within 10 minutes by car.

- Basically, we ask you to arrange a patrol bus, but if it is difficult to arrange, you can park up to 2 cars.
In order to accommodate customers using the café, we will guide you to the parking lot, so please park according to the staff's instructions on the day.
About facility rules
- 夜に宴会はできますか。
- 21時までは、食堂のある交流棟内の食堂および談話室などをお使いいただくことは可能です。
以降の時間は、宿泊いただくお部屋にご移動をお願いいたします。 - 宿泊棟に泊まる以外に、グランドにテントを張って宿泊する事はできますか。
その場合はグランド使用料は変わりますか。 - 施設の宿泊上限が84名様となっておりますので、その範囲であればグラウンドでテントをご利用頂くことは可能です。
設置場所については、山側に近い場所をご利用頂くことと、 火の利用は避けて頂きますようお願い致します。
グラウンドの利用料は不要でございます。 - 楽器の練習ができない時間はありますか。
- 周辺の住民の方への配慮のため、20時～翌朝8時の間は練習をお控えください。
- Can I do fireworks?
- It's possible. We will lend you a bucket for extinguishing fires.
* Hand-held fireworks for home use and blow-up fireworks about the height of the house can be used.
Please refrain from fireworks that make a loud noise or fireworks that are taller than your height out of consideration for neighboring residents. - What time is check-in and check-out?

- 基本 11 時前のチェックイン、 10 時以降のチェックアウトはできかねます。
※日帰り利用を組み合わせることでチェックアウト日に終日施設をご利用いただくことは可能です。 - 夜間も校舎を使用できますか。
- 21時～翌朝8時00分までは管理者不在のため、体育館・グラウンド・地域交流棟のご利用は21時までとさせていただきます。また、17時以降の体育館のご利用は、夜間照明代として1時間3,000円(税抜)頂戴いたしております。
夜間（21時以降）に大きな声で騒いだり、大音量で音楽を流したり等、騒音を出す行為は実施しないよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。夜間の大きな音だしが確認された場合、スタッフから注意させていただくことがございます。
また、再三の注意にも関わらず改善されない場合は、施設をご利用いただけませんので予めご了承ください。

- How big is the gymnasium?
- Overall Size... It is about 16m wide × 24m deep.

- Overall size: 68m wide x 40m deep.
The size is slightly narrower for 8-person soccer for boys (68m x 50m).
In juvenile baseball, the size of the outfield is somewhat limited.

- There is a parking space next to the school building. A total of about 20 cars can be parked.
- Is there Wi-Fi?
- Free Wi-Fi is installed in the school, so please feel free to use it.
* Please note that there is no radio wave in the gymnasium. - 宿泊者が使える冷蔵庫はありますか。
- 談話室に業務用の冷蔵庫のほか、445Lの家庭用冷蔵庫を宿泊棟の1階と2階の廊下に１台ずつ設置しておりますのでご利用くださいませ。
- Can I buy drinks in the hotel?
- For drinks, there are 3 soft drink vending machines and an alcohol vending machine.
We have prepared one, so please use it. - Is there air conditioning?
- There are guest rooms, a multipurpose room, two dining rooms, a common room, a multipurpose hall, a music room, a kids room, and a library.
* The gymnasium is open only with fans. - Is there an environment where we can cook by ourselves?
- There is a simple cooking place in the common room.

- 洗濯機と乾燥機は、宿泊棟の1階にございます。ご利用料金は無料になります。
- Are there changing rooms in the building?
- We do not have a changing room as a separate room, but you can use a room with curtains as a changing room.
- Is there a place where you can smoke?
- There is a smoking space, so please smoke there.
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the school building. - Can I use the broadcast room?
- Broadcasting is possible throughout the school building other than the gymnasium. Please refrain from using it after 19 o'clock to prevent noise.
About equipment
- I would like to use an amplifier that plays music on the gymnasium court or playground ground, is it possible?
- It can be used anywhere as long as there is a power supply.
There is also a 20m power supply drum, so please ask the staff on the day. - Is there a loudspeaker?
- There is one.
- If I want to play music with an amplifier, what sound source should I prepare?
- You can use a mobile phone or music player with an earphone jack. (It will be a stereo mini plug)
An iPhone is also available. - Is there a line draw?
- 4~5 are available.
- What are the colors of the lines?
- The color is white only.
- Can the sports day set be used in the gymnasium in case of rain?
- In case of rain, it is also possible to use it in the gymnasium.
- Can I borrow a rice cooker?
- There is one dish per cooker.
- What is Amenity?
- There is shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer (3 men and 3 women).
In addition, please bring body towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, etc.
Toothbrushes and face towels can also be purchased at the office.
About meal
- What is the school lunch menu like?

- Transportation from the kitchen to the cafeteria and serving to each person are also left to the customer.
- Do you handle food allergies?
- We will send a list of ingredients for the meals we provide to customers who desire it.
Among them, you will have to remove the allergic food yourself. - Can I bring my own BBQ ingredients?
- It's possible. If you bring in ingredients, we charge 1,100 yen per person as a BBQ space usage fee.
- How much food is used for BBQ?
- We will prepare seasonal vegetables, pork and beef 100g each, 2 wieners, yakisoba and cabbage. It is an amount that even adults can satisfy.
- What happens to BBQ if it rains?
- There is a space with a roof in front of the gym, so please use it.
- What is the BBQ fixture set?
- Charcoal, igniter, chukkaman, fire scissors, grill grates, tongs, and iron plates.
(Please prepare paper plates and cups for meals separately.) * In the case of a plan with ingredients, a paper plate and paper cup are included. ） - When are I charged for bringing my own drinks?
- It will be charged if you bring your own alcoholic beverages.

- Can I change the number of people for meals after making a reservation?
- The number of meals can be changed up to 1 week before the stay. Please note that you cannot change the item after that due to the purchase of ingredients.
- What will the infant's diet look like?
- The property does not have a menu for infants. If you bring baby food, it is possible not to order your child's meal. Pots and microwaves for making baby food can be rented.
- Is it possible to cook for myself?
- There is a gas stove and sink in the common room, so you can cook your own meals. A set of cooking utensils can also be borrowed free of charge.
Other
- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Yes, it is possible. If you send your luggage, we would appreciate it if you could write it in the remarks column so that you can know the date of stay and the name of the group you are using to prevent mixing with other luggage. For refrigerated, frozen, and perishable foods, please specify the time after your check-in. Other packages can be picked up the day before.
- Can you pick me up?
- We are sorry, but we do not offer pick-up service.
