Thank you very much for your patronage of Nishi-ko.

この度、2025年6月1日以降の新規ご予約より、
下記の通りご予約後のご宿泊人数変更についてのルールを改定させていただくこととなりました。

◆ Contents of revision

◉ About changes in reservation details less than 3 months from the date of stay

[Before revision]
・ It can be changed from the website on the customer side up to 1 week before the stay.

[After revision]
・ We will respond from the secretariat. If any changes occur, the

* As before the revision, changes can be made up to one week in advance.

◉ About changing the number of people in less than a week on the date of stay

[Before revision]
- You can change as many people as you want.

【改定後】
・5名以上の人数減少は不可。５名以上人数が減った場合でも、現予約人数の料金が発生します。
※5名未満の場合は当日まで変更可能。ただし、お食事については変更不可。

Also, please be assured that customers who have already made a reservation will be accommodated according to the rules before the revision.
