インフォマティブデータの取扱方針

ちょうなん西小を運営しております株式会社マイナビ不動産（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するサービス（以下「当社サービス」といいます）をご利用になる方（以下「利用者」といいます）に、より適切に有益なサービスを提供するため、利用者のインフォマティブデータ（以下に定義します）を取得し、広告等に利用します。

当社は、以下のとおりインフォマティブデータの取扱いに関する基本方針を定め、適切な取得・利用に全社をあげて取り組みます。

なお、インフォマティブデータに関して、諸外国の法令等で別段の定めがある場合は、当該法令等に従い取り扱うものとします。

インフォマティブデータの定義

「インフォマティブデータ」とは、利用者がパソコンや携帯電話等の端末やセミナー等の直接の接点から、当社サービスにアクセスした際に取得されるインターネットの利用にかかる個人に関する情報で、個人を特定することができないものをいいます。主に次のようなものをいうものとします。

インフォマティブデータの取得方法

当社は、利用者が当社サービスを利用した際に、プログラムによりCookieその他の技術を通じて、インフォマティブデータを取得します。
なお、インフォマティブデータを取得するにあたり、第三者が提供する技術やサービス（以下「外部事業社」といいます）を利用することがあります。

インフォマティブデータの外部送信

本サービスでは、利用者のウェブ体験の向上や、利用者ごとにパーソナライズしたコンテンツ・広告の表示、アクセス解析による当社ウェブサイトの改善のために、クッキー等の端末識別子（インフォマティブデータ）を利用して、利用者に関する情報（利用者情報）を収集し、外部事業者に送信しています。外部事業者の名称・サービス名、外部事業者に送信される利用者情報の内容、送信される情報の利用目的については、以下より詳細をご確認ください。

本サービスはインフォマティブデータの取得にCookieを使用しています。Cookieとは、ユーザーがウェブサイトを訪問した際に、ユーザーに関する情報を記憶するために、ユーザーのデバイス上に保存するようにブラウザに要求する小さなデータ（テキストファイル）のことです。利用者はウェブサイトで表示されるCookieバナー、または下記のCookie設定ボタンより、本サービスにおけるウェブサイトの機能提供に厳格に必要なCookie以外のCookieの使用許可・拒否を選択することが可能です。なお、本サービスが既に取得したインフォマティブデータのリセットについては、以下オプトアウトをご参照ください。

インフォマティブデータの安全管理措置

当社は、インフォマティブデータへの不正なアクセス、インフォマティブデータの紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏洩などに対して、安全管理措置を講じます。また、社会情勢の変化が生じた場合、または安全管理措置に不備が判明した場合には、速やかに是正・改善します。

オプトアウト

利用者は、次のいずれかの方法により、本サービスが取得した利用者情報をリセット（オプトアウト）することができます。

【ウェブサイトでのオプトアウトについて】

外部事業社へのインフォマティブデータの送信についてオプトアウトを希望する場合、各事業者が提供するウェブサイトの指示に従い、オプトアウトを行ってください。外部事業社のオプトアウトページは「インフォマティブデータの外部送信」をご確認ください。

【Cookieのリセット】

ブラウザのCookieを削除または拒否することにより、それまで当社が取得した利用者情報との関連付けが削除されます。
Cookieを削除した後、本サービスを利用する場合、再び利用者情報の取得が開始されることになります。
なお、Cookieを削除または拒否を行った場合、全部または一部のサービスを受けられなくなるなど、本サービスを利用するにあたり、制約を受ける場合があります。

【スマートフォン上の広告識別子のリセット】

スマートフォン上の広告識別子を、次のOS提供会社のウェブサイトの指示に従いリセットすることにより、それまで端末上で取得した利用者情報との関連付けが削除されます。
なお、広告識別子を削除した後、本サービスを利用する場合、再び利用者情報の取得が開始されることになります。
